Job summary

Carnegie Rehab and Healthcare Center in Belton, MO is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents with meals in a warm, caring environment.

You will prepare, serve, and assist with cleanup, maintain an attractive dining room, and ensure timely meal delivery. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC is preferred; strong communication and a positive, energetic attitude are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must have compassionate and patient demeanor when working with residents.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members.
• Prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC preferred but not required.

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• Prior dietary experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
