Job summary

Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH is hiring a Dietary Aide to support meals and snack service under the guidance of the Dietitian/Director of Food Services.

The role involves following food safety procedures, delivering meals, assisting with cleaning, and ensuring dietary trays accuracy, while protecting residents' health and privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Work with the facility's Dietitian/Director of Food Services as necessary and implement recommended changes as required.
• Ensure that food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
• Assist with the service and delivery of food trays to designated areas, cleaning of the kitchen per established protocols, and proper washing and cleaning of food utensils and dishes.
• Prepare and deliver snacks as directed.
• Set up and serve meals, assist in daily cleaning duties as assigned, collect and distribute menus, and assist in checking dietary trays before distribution and deliver food carts to designated areas.
• Follow appropriate safety and hygiene measures at all times to protect residents and yourself.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
