Twinoakscare is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal service and resident care. You will assemble trays, deliver meal carts to nursing and dining areas, and help prepare and serve meals safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse and keep areas sanitary according to policies.
• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate foods and floor supplies per FIFO standards.
• Prepare Foods: Follow recipes to safely and efficiently prepare meals.
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve according to recipes and instructions.
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.

Your Impact as a Dietary Aide

In this role, you will:

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas

• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse in accordance with departmental policies and procedures

• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies according to standards (first in, first out)

• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently

• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions

• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
