Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) seeks a friendly Dietary Aide to join Bolivar Medical Center's dietary team. You will assist patients with menu selections and deliver meals promptly, ensuring accuracy and dignity in service.

Responsibilities include preparing meals, serving, and maintaining hygiene standards, while collaborating with staff to keep the department efficient and patient-focused. Shifts vary by facility needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients.
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner.
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
