Dietary Aide Position Summary:

Responsibilities include meal plating and kitchen cleanup.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

• Ensure the highest quality of customer service for residents.
• Set up dining room tables for meal times.
• Serve resident meals.
• Clean dining room, kitchen, and other areas as directed by management.
• Assist with preparing snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments for service.
• Transport trash and linens to disposal areas.
• Follow and complete a daily task spreadsheet to ensure all work is finished.
• Monitor refrigeration temperatures.
• Assist with special events and catering functions.
• Help with plating and delivering meals to remote locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director.
