Job summary

Caring Place Healthcare Group is seeking a Dietary Aide at Sanctuary Pointe in Cincinnati to nourish residents with care and compassion. You will assist with meal preparation, setup, service, and cleanup to provide timely, appetizing meals and maintain a safe dining area.

You will support residents in menu choices and contribute to a calm, respectful dining experience while following infection control and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 10th grade education with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods; lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist meal preparation, setup, service, and cleanup to ensure residents receive timely, appetizing meals in appropriate portions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary dining environment by following all infection control, safety, sanitation, and HIPAA standards.
• Assist residents with menu selections and contribute to a calm, supportive, and compassionate dining experience.
• Communicate positively with residents, families, and team members, participate in required training, and support team needs as assigned.
