Job summary

Sanctuary Pointe Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, serving, and dining room support for residents in Cincinnati, Ohio.

You will help ensure meals are served safely, in appropriate portions, and with kindness. The role requires English communication, teamwork, and the ability to stand for extended periods while supporting residents with menu choices and a respectful, dignified dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods; lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support meal preparation, setup, service, and cleanup to ensure residents receive timely, appetizing meals in appropriate portions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary dining environment by following infection control, safety, sanitation, and HIPAA standards.
• Assist residents with menu selections and contribute to a calm, supportive dining experience.
• Communicate positively with residents, families, and team members, participate in required training, and support team needs as assigned.
