Job summary

Harmar Village Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dietary team member to prepare meals per resident diets in a skilled nursing setting. You will follow food safety policies under the supervision of the Food Service Director and support the community's dietary procedures.

Shifts available, with wage between $14.75 and $16.00 per hour, on-site in Cheswick, PA. Benefits include health coverage, 401K, PTO, tuition opportunities, and more for full-time staff.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.

• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Shift and Wage

  • 12:00p - 8:00p

• Wage: $14.75 - $16.00 per hour
