Job summary

Chelsea Retirement Community is seeking a Dietary Aide to join the Dining Services team in Chelsea, MI. This part-time role supports residents with warm, attentive service during meals and contributes to a home-like dining atmosphere.

You will work 6am to 2:30pm or 6:30-10:30am with every other weekend and holiday rotation, earning $15.91–$19.63 per hour, with shift premiums in the evenings and weekends. Prior food service experience is a plus, and you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in food service or as a server is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

As a Dietary Aide (server) at our senior living community, you’ll be the heart of our dining experience, providing exceptional service and creating meaningful connections with our wonderful residents.
