Responsibilities

1. The Dietary Aide provides food service assistance in the nursing center to ensure our patients/residents' dining needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.
2. Safely handle food and equipment according to all policies and procedures.
3. Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties.
4. Deliver and retrieve food carts.
5. Set up meal trays and work in the meal tray line.
6. Prepare snacks and beverages between meals.

Qualifications

1. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients/residents and visitors, and to meet their medical and physical needs.
2. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
