Job summary

Cameron Nursing Center is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation and service in a clean, safe kitchen environment. You will support cooks and dietary staff while helping to deliver nutritious meals to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of experience in large-scale food service or kitchen operations preferred.
• 1–2 years of healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, energetic and customer service-focused.
• Ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, storage, and meal service.
• Support cooks and dietary staff with meal tasks.
• Prepare and serve snacks, salads, and beverages.
• Clean kitchen equipment, dining areas, and utensils.
• Follow food production sheets and sanitation guidelines.
