Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Kansas is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team in Burlington. This full-time role covers days and evenings, supporting patient dining services and helping with food preparation while upholding safety and cleanliness.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents' dining needs and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards. A high school diploma is preferred; healthcare and food service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior health-care experience preferred.
• Prior food services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and serving while maintaining clean, sanitary conditions.
• Ensure patients' dining needs are met in accordance with laws and Life Care standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates, vendors, etc.

As an important member of our team, the Dietary Aide provides assistance in all food service functions to ensure patients’ dining needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be providing assistance in food preparation and serving, while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Prior health-care experience preferred
• Prior food services experience preferred
