Job summary

White Oak of Burlington in Burlington, NC is seeking dedicated Dietary Aides to join a caring team that delivers great food and service to residents every day. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time positions with alternating shifts and a focus on reliability.

You will serve meals, prepare and stock dietary carts, monitor temperatures, restock supplies, and perform daily cleaning while following all safety standards.

Qualifications

• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents in assigned neighborhoods.
• Prepare and stock dietary carts for meal service.
• Monitor proper food temperatures.
• Restock dinnerware, utensils, beverages, snacks, and condiments.
• Complete daily cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Follow food safety standards and department procedures.
