Job summary

Avenue at Broadview Heights is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our resident-focused nutrition program in a warm, hotel-like setting within our post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing community.

In this role you will help prepare and restock carts, assist with meal delivery, keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, and participate in safety and sanitation standards to ensure nourishing meals for residents.

Qualifications

• Reads and writes in English.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk and bend throughout shift.
• Manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools and equipment.
• Awareness of kitchen safety protocols and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and restock drink and hospitality carts.
• Assist with meal setup and delivery.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen areas.
• Set up and clean dining room tables.
• Support stock organization and trash removal.
• Complete daily cleaning assignments.
• Sweep and mop kitchen before shift ends.
