Job summary

Arcadia Care in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Dietary Aide who will assist with food functions and follow established policies and procedures to ensure quality meals.

You will review, prepare and serve meals per planned menus and special diets, maintain a clean, safe department, and assist with snacks and deliveries as instructed.

Job Summary:

The Dietary Aide is responsible for aiding all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, etc., is prepared in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
