Job summary

Capitol House Nursing & Rehabilitation in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring a full-time Dietary Aide for daytime shifts (5a–1p). You will assist in meal preparation, serve meals, wash and store dishes, and help with tray cards and carts while following infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meet scheduled meal and snack times.
• Wash and store dishes.
• Assist in arranging tray cards, loading food carts, and serving meals.
• Follow reporting procedures for supply, equipment, and safety issues.
• Attend in-service educational programs.
• Follow defined infection control procedures.
