Arcadia-Ltc- is seeking a Dietary Aide to support food service operations, including meal preparation, portioning, and meal delivery according to planned menus and dietary orders. The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness and safety in the dining area and assisting with snack deliveries as directed by supervisors.

The position focuses on compassionate resident care, efficient food service, and adherence to sanitary regulations while supporting the overall nourishment and wellbeing of residents

Qualifications

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, and be willing to handle residents based on their current maturity level.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Dietary Aide is responsible for aiding all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Essential Duties

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, etc., is prepared in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
