Position Summary: Responsible for organizing the Diet Office, completing diet order communications and menus for each patient to ensure proper meal service, handling all dietary clerical work, and managing most incoming communication.
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift
Qualifications: High School Graduate or Equivalent. Vocational training in special diets is desirable.
Experience: Previous food service experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.
