Job summary

TouchPoint is hiring part-time Diet Clerk at Ascension Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, WI. Typical shift is 11:00 am to 7:00 pm with rotating weekends; prior related experience preferred. Pay range is $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients in completing menu selections in accordance with prescribed diet.
• Offers alternatives to menu for allergies, sensitivities, and cultural/religious preferences.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements and enteral formulas accurately and timely.
• Completes required documentation, reports and logs.
• Follows infection-control policies and participates in Performance Improvement programs.
