Unidine is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Diet Clerk positions at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, located at 3333 Borthwick Avenue, Newington, NH 03801.

Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm) and part-time (weekends only, more details upon interview).

Requirements: Prior experience in food service, healthcare, or as a diet clerk is a plus.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Patient Services or Clinical Nutrition Manager, responsible for patient menu management, data collection, and diet office functions.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and collect menus.
• Assist patients with menu selections according to prescribed diets.
• Offer menu alternatives based on allergies, sensitivities, and cultural preferences.
• Plan and prepare menus based on current diet guidelines.
• Manage supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formulas.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Complete documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
