Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a maintenance technician to inspect diesel fleet vehicles, ensure proper lubrication, and perform oil changes and fluid checks. You will also inspect belts, hoses, and filters for wear and coordinate with the shop for required repairs.

You will use maintenance software to create work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and document repairs, supporting both shop and field operations in a safety‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements required.
• Valid driving record and safe work history.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance (oil changes, lubrication, fluids).
• Diagnose malfunctions and report needs for further diagnostics or repair.
• Operate and inspect equipment to identify defects and safety concerns.
• Dismantle and reassemble equipment using hand tools.
• Document repairs using computer-based maintenance software.
