Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Diesel Service Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair commercial trucks and engines. The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and experience with Class 7 and 8 vehicles in a dealership or truck shop.

The successful candidate will read work orders, perform repairs, document work, and ensure a clean, safe workspace in compliance with safety rules. CDL and medical card are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience with Class 7–8 trucks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• CDL and medical card strongly preferred.
• Brand or ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to diagnose and fix truck problems.

• Perform routine service: cleaning and checks.
• Write reports and track parts for warranty.
