Terminal History

In 2018 Enstructure acquired Gateway Terminal, a bulk terminals and logistics company. This acquisition expanded the Enstructure’s capabilities and footprint, comprising 22 terminals strategically located near major population hubs along the East Coast, Gulf Coast, and Inland River system. Summary Of Position

Supports operations by installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment. Identifies sources of problems through inspection and observation, and completes necessary repairs promptly.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Diagnose: Perform diagnostics to determine issues with equipment and execute necessary repairs.
  • Mechanical Repairs: Conduct mechanical repairs as needed to ensure equipment functionality.
  • Sanitation and Housekeeping: Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work overtime during the week or on weekends.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • Resourceful, well‑organized, and dependable.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Physical Ability: Must have the ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds, climb heavy equipment safely, bend, kneel, and work with arms raised for prolonged periods.
  • Technical Skills: A technical school certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical repairs.
  • Equipment Knowledge: Good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Quality Repairs: Ability to provide quality, efficient repairs within acceptable time standards.
  • Compliance: Follow all instructions from the manager/supervisor and working foreman.
  • Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • TWIC Card: Must have a valid TWIC card or the ability to obtain one.
Additional Pluses
  • Technical Certification: A technical school certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical repairs.
  • CDL/HAZ Endorsement: Possession of a CDL/HAZ endorsement is a plus.
