Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Diesel Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues, assisting customers with roadside services, and performing preventative maintenance to keep trucks and equipment on the move.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues (wheel-end, electrical, suspensions, A/C, engine components).
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Provide preventative maintenance services.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with safety policies & procedures.
• Rotate between day and night shifts as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
