Make a change for 2024. Riverview is a busy heavy-duty truck dealership and we are looking for 3 to 5 quality technicians who want to train and progress to become the top technicians in the area. Our top-trained technicians with CDL earn over $47 per hour. You can earn this wage if you aim to be at the top. Do not apply if you are a job jumper, cannot pass a drug test, or do not have a clean DMV record.

* Pay range DOE, with training and CDL costs between $35 and $47 per hour, plus annual increases.
What We Offer:
A Service Technician is responsible for providing service to our customers while maintaining exceptional customer service. This includes cleaning, maintenance, visual inspections, removal of parts and attachments, installation with proper manuals, report writing, disassembly, assembly, parts reuse evaluation, and reconditioning.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
2. Read job orders, observe and listen to vehicles in operation to determine malfunctions and plan work procedures.
3. Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices on trucks, and make adjustments as needed.
4. Tag all warranty parts and returns to the warranty clerk.
5. Attend training classes and stay updated on factory technical bulletins.
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* 3 years of fleet, dealership, or technical school experience
* Ability to obtain a CDL to operate the equipment you work on
* Ability to work 40 hours a week
* Ability to be a team player
