Job summary

Advance Fleet Services is seeking experienced Diesel Technicians to join our growing team in Olive Branch, MS. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines (class 3-8), diagnose issues, and ensure high-quality service for a growing fleet.

The role requires 2+ years of diesel experience, own tools, and a commitment to safety. We offer training on Cummins ISX/ISB/ISL, ASE/DOT programs, and a robust benefits package including 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to provide own tools and toolbox.
• Familiarity with DOT inspections, air systems, electrical diagnostics, and repairs.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• EPA 608-609 license, ASE certification, and CDL but not required.
• Experience with programs such as Cummins Insite, Tech Tool, and JPRO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and vehicles (class 3 - 8).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using computer programs.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components.
• Weld and solder as necessary for repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns.
• Maintain accurate notes on repair orders.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment. Participate in occasional roadside service.
