Job summary

Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician to service heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel systems, deliver professional customer service, and train teammates as part of a safety‑minded team.

We offer training and strong growth opportunities in a family‑oriented environment. Preferred candidates have 1+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Passion for diesel engines and heavy-duty machinery.
• Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other issues in semi-tractors and trailers.
• Replace and balance tires according to procedures.
• Repair starters, generators, brakes, and universal joints.
• Complete work orders and communicate service needs to customers.
• Perform emergency roadside repairs, including tire service.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance workforce.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean and organized.
