Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year mechanical experience with diesel engines preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn to use and maintain equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or in a team.
• Safety sensitive and DOT-regulated role; background checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Move heavy duty vehicles into or out of yard, wash bay, service shop, or rental shop.
• Perform multi-point inspection on inbound units per policy; check tires, fluids, lights, and report issues.
• Maintain fuel island area to Six Sigma standards; assist with minor maintenance tasks.
• Participate in Technician Training Development Program including hands-on and online modules.
