Job summary

Mechanics Hub in Boothwyn, PA is seeking Diesel Technicians for both shop and mobile service roles. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers, with a Monday–Friday day shift and paid ASE certification support.

Compensation ranges from $32 to $44 per hour based on experience and ASE certifications. Benefits include paid ASE testing, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diesel or heavy-duty maintenance experience for shop-based positions.
• 3+ years of diesel experience and mobile technician experience for mobile positions.
• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical systems, and related components.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues to keep equipment safe, reliable, and operational.
• Complete DOT inspections and ensure applicable safety and compliance standards are met.
• Accurately document inspections, repairs, and maintenance work while communicating with drivers, service advisors, and leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop or mobile work environment.
• Mobile Technicians will perform field-based maintenance and repairs while working independently as needed.
