Allstate Peterbilt Group in West Salem, WI is seeking a Diesel Technician/Service Technician for the 3:30pm to midnight shift. You will work with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to service diesel engines and driveline systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to determine root causes of system failures.
• Determine services required to repair and perform failure analysis.
• Complete repairs and rebuilds/overhauls on a variety of diesel engines.
• Perform diagnostic and repairs on driveline, suspension, brakes, transmissions and related components.
• Apply OEM documented procedures and identify required parts and tools.

Diesel Technician/Service Technician Essential & Primary Job Duties

• Work with state-of-the-art, industry leading diagnostic equipment to determine the root cause of system failures.
• Determine services required to repair and perform failure analysis.
• Complete repairs and rebuilds/overhauls on a variety of diesel engines.
• Perform diagnostic and repairs on driveline and chassis components including clutches, fan hubs, differentials, fifth wheels, suspension and brakes, transmissions, and other necessary repairs.
• Apply OEM documented procedures and policies to complete complex repairs, including identifying required parts and tools.

• Valid driver's license
