Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on tractor/trailer repair experience or a technical program in heavy-duty maintenance with at least one year of practical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass required DOT physical and drug screening.
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred; advanced electrical diagnostics will be taught.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate troubleshooting and repair work on tractors and trailers.
• Communicate unsafe conditions and recommend corrective steps.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
