Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties on heavy-duty diesel engines and components.
• Conducts standard vehicle maintenance and preventive services.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic issues using diagnostic tools.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of complaint.
• Uses Shop Management System and adheres to safety and compliance guidelines.
