Ideal candidates have medium/heavy-duty experience, CDL, and an active VA State Inspector license or the ability to obtain them, plus International Master Certified status where applicable. This role emphasizes safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Medium or heavy-duty technician experience
• Applicable certifications related to industry, products, and/or safety
• Currently maintains or can obtain a CDL
• Currently maintains or can obtain a VA State Inspector's License
• International Master Certified

Responsibilities

• Prepare for service events by reviewing repair orders and gathering tools and parts.
• Perform maintenance and repairs safely by following established standards and procedures.
• Document work clearly in repair orders and coordinate handoffs for workflow continuity.
• Apply technical expertise in troubleshooting, repair methods, vehicle systems, and proper tool usage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of International and IC Bus products and services.
