Job Description
Dayton Andrews is proud to announce the opening of a new commercial service center focused on fleet and heavy-duty service. We are seeking an experienced diesel technician with heavy-duty truck expertise. Dayton Andrews has been a family-owned dealership since 1964.
Primary focus on Ram Cummins / ProMaster, with plans to expand service to all makes and models of local fleets.
Required Qualifications:
Pay Structure:
Weekly flat rate pay with bonuses at 45 and 55 hours.
Level 3 technicians receive a 20% pay increase on Mopar warranty lines.
Level 2 technicians receive a 10% pay increase on Mopar warranty lines.
CP time is based on Mitchell; warranty time is not forced on CP repairs.
Maintenance is paid at full rate with set clock hours per service.
$4.50 per multi-point inspection.
Schedule:
Technicians work a five-day week, with every third Saturday workday and a weekday off. Service hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–5:30 pm, and Saturday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm.
Benefits:

Vacation pay after one year: one week after one year, two weeks after two years, and three weeks after five years.
