Amerit Fleet Solutions in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician/Mechanic to service and repair medium to heavy duty fleet vehicles. The role offers weekly pay, a $25.00–$35.00 per hour wage based on experience, and full benefits after 30 days.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, document repairs, and work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Must have 5+ years of diesel experience, a valid driver’s license, own tools, and be able

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience performing diesel maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to own and maintain personal tools and toolbox.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug screen and DOT physical (if required).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy duty fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Accurately document repairs and complete work orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools.
