Main Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers
• Use Penske’s tools and technologies for repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance like tire rotations, lubrication, electrical, and cooling system repairs on gas and diesel vehicles
• Partner with your manager for training and skill development
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude; 1-2 years automotive/diesel repair experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Problem-solving skills and comfort with tools
• Customer service and communication skills
• Teamwork and outdoor work ability

• Compliance with safety, DOT, OSHA policies, and company regulations
