Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the safety of vehicles for customers
• Use Penske’s tools and technologies for diagnostics and repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance like tire rotations, lubrication, electrical and cooling system repairs
• Learn new skills with your manager through training and coaching
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
• Basic mechanical skills and 1-2 years repair experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Problem-solving skills and familiarity with tools
• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and outdoors
• Basic computer skills
• Compliance with safety and DOT regulations, including drug screening and background checks

Physical Requirements

• Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, sitting
• Use of hands for operating tools
• Work safely at heights and in all weather conditions
• Lift up to 50lbs regularly, up to 100lbs occasionally

Pay

$25.26/hr
