Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs, including diagnostics of engines, transmissions, and other components
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use Penske’s tools and technologies for diagnostics and repairs
• Participate in technician training and development
• Complete other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of vehicle maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification preferred
• Experience with diagnostic tools and major component troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license
• Problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work safely and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the district
• DOT and safety compliance knowledge

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
