• Hourly Pay: $40.39 per hour
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 four times per year
• Sign-on Bonus: $1250 at 30 days and $1250 at 90 days
• Toolbox/Tool Allowance
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
• Hours: Second Shift Tuesday - Friday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Saturday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Requirements

• Other certifications as required by location

• Availability for shift work, weekends, on-call duties
• Prefer ASE Certifications
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and shop computers
• Minimum tool requirements
• Ability to road test vehicles
• Mentoring and coaching skills

This position requires driving Ryder vehicles, obtaining CDL within 6 months, passing drug tests, physical, road test, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete OEM diagnostic courses
• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electronic problems
• Assist roadside breakdowns
• Maintain shop and facility standards
• Interact with customers and drivers
• Mentor other technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
