Penske is seeking a skilled Technician II in Tucson, AZ to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across a diverse fleet. You will work independently on major and minor repairs, diagnose issues with road tests, and mentor newer technicians while growing your own skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of practical vehicle maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• ASE Certification and 608/609 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers with minimal supervision.
• Repair and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, differentials, and related components.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including diagnostics.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training.
• Handle additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
