Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. in Weatherford, TX, is seeking a Diesel Mechanic Technician I-III to keep Class 5-8 trucks and tank trailers safe and running.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair brake, suspension, electrical and air systems, and complete required inspections with a focus on quality and safety. The role offers a structured training path, a competitive hourly pay range, and opportunities for advancement in a busy, modern shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of diesel, fleet, truck or heavy equipment preventive maintenance and repair of Class 5–8 vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR, drug screen, and physical exam
• Ability to obtain required industry certifications

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance on Class 5-8 commercial vehicles and tank trailers
• Diagnose and repair brake, suspension, electrical, and air systems
• Complete truck and trailer inspections
• Perform wheel-end, tire, and preventive maintenance services
• Troubleshoot starting, charging, fuel, and HVAC systems
• Maintain DOT compliance standards and inspection requirements
• Complete repair orders and maintenance documentation
• Work safely in a team-oriented shop environment
