Job summary

Waste Pro in Michigan is seeking skilled technicians to perform preventative maintenance on heavy and light trucks, including gasoline, diesel, and CNG systems. You will aid drivers with daily post-trip inspections and safety checks, conduct lubrication, and assist in repairs across brake, engine, and electrical systems.

This role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and pursue ASE certification with reimbursement and a monthly tool allowance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of preventative maintenance on heavy- and light-duty trucks (gasoline, diesel, CNG).
• Ability to assist drivers with Pre/Post trip processes and inspections.
• Ability to learn brake inspection procedures and complete documentation daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with daily post-trip inspections and safety checks.
• Perform lubrication and maintenance on heavy- and light-duty trucks.
• Support technicians in repairs of engine, transmission, brake, suspension and electrical systems.
• Document parts usage and time on repair orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work area following OSHA standards.
