Qualifications
- Five (5) years of practical experience with medium / heavy duty automotive / truck maintenance and repair.
- Specialized training in diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials).
- ASE Certification preferred and Ford Certified preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs per repair order efficiently and to dealer standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes and electrical.
- Communicate with Service Advisor about additional needed work and time estimates.
- Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
