Responsibilities

Senior technicians diagnose truck problems and perform repairs. They create repair plans, fill parts requisitions, tag warranty parts, and maintain organized workstations. They communicate updates to their foreman daily and meet efficiency ratings of 85% or above.

Responsibilities & Skills Assessment

• Proficient on all vehicle component repairs
• Able to diagnose all vehicle component failures
• Competent in root cause failure analysis
• Vibration analysis
• Complete engine repairs within SRT time
• Complex chassis repairs within SRT time
• Knowledgeable on all vehicle component repairs
• HVAC

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Must pass post‑offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check

• Hourly $39–$50/hr depending on experience and qualifications
