Transwest, Inc. is hiring a Diesel Technician in Sioux Falls, SD for a full-time position. The role offers an hourly wage with a comprehensive benefits package and relocation support on a case-by-case basis.

The technician will perform repairs to OEM standards, diagnose diesel truck systems, and maintain safety practices while working with a team and management. An apprentice, trainee, or experienced technician can apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Motivated, able to work independently.
• Familiar with gas and diesel truck repair and maintenance.
• Engine/transmission repair, diagnostics, suspension, brakes.
• Own a complete set of hand tools with rollaway toolbox.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass post-offer background check, drug screen, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs following OEM standards.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines.
• Communicate openly with management and other personnel.
• Additional duties as assigned.
