Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 Flat Rate based on experience/certifications/skills

**Ask about our Tenure Bonus program that begins at 6 months from hire date. Bonus pay up to $3.50 per flat rate hour!!!

Job Description

What you will do:

• Specialized training and experience in the diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials), OEM training courses, and ASE Certification preferred
• The ability to solve problems
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, past employment and drug test.

What it takes to succeed:

• Ability to stand, sit, walk, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, push, and pull
• Ability to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds and assist in lifting up to one hundred (100) pounds
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks and drug test

Required:

• 3 plus years of practical experience with diesel medium / heavy duty automotive / truck maintenance and repair.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid in-state driver's license

Preferred:

• Automotive technical school certifications
