Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is looking for a Diesel Technician to join our on-site team in Malvern, AR. You will troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, assist with roadside services, and perform preventative maintenance to keep customer vehicles moving safely.

We emphasize safety, customer satisfaction, and reliability. The role requires lifting 75+ pounds, working in varied temperatures, and rotating day/night shifts; Love's covers safety training and offers growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters
• Ability to work in various temperatures
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)
