Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Diesel Technician to perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines and truck components at our Dickinson location. You will use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to identify root causes and plan repairs, with opportunities for growth and extensive in‑house training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Dependable and reliable attendance required.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to determine root causes of system failures.
• Determine services required to repair and perform failure analysis.
• Complete repairs and rebuilds/overhauls on diesel engines.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on driveline and chassis components including clutches, hubs, differentials, wheels, suspension and brakes, transmissions.
• Apply OEM documented procedures to complete complex repairs.
