Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Dallas, TX is seeking Diesel Technicians to troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and assist customers and drivers in a fast-paced setting. The job involves lifting 75+ pounds, working in varying temperatures, and interacting with customers to keep travels safe and smooth.

Positions require willingness to rotate days and nights, plus the ability to obtain a DOT medical card (paid by Love's).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love's)
