Thermo King Northeast is seeking a Diesel Technician for our Windsor Locks, CT location. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for hands-on repair of medium and heavy-duty vehicles.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and road service as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year experience in automotive repair. Valid driver's license and tool ownership are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical schooling preferred.
• 1+ year of automotive, truck, or bus repair experience preferred.
• Ability to own and maintain proper hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service inspections on medium and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Conduct diagnostic and repair work on a variety of vehicle types.
• Follow established technical and administrative processes.
• Complete repair orders and parts usage forms accurately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers.
• Remain current on all technical and regulatory requirements.
• Perform road service calls as required.
